The main communication lines through the Biddeford area are fiber optic with a digital host switch. ISDN and frame relay services are available, and fiber optics can be extended to high capacity customers. The Park is served by diverse connectivity options offering users redundant capabilities.
Robert G. Dodge Business Park is a state designated Pine Tree Zone which may qualify businesses for an array of state tax incentive benefits. In addition, companies may qualify for other programs which can assist with project financing and workforce development.

Lot 2 was sold to a hotel developer who built a 70 unit “all-suites” facility with amenities such as an indoor pool, fitness center, and meeting space. Hotel has been open since 2003.
Lot 3 PrimeCare Associates
Lot 5 has been sold to a developer for the proposed development of a 12,000 s.f. professional office building. Construction is currently underway and leased space is available
Lots 9-10: CSI Project Completed
Counseling Services Inc. (CSI) has constructed a 23,000 s.f. office building on lot 10. The $3 million project was completed and occupied in May '07.
