A digital cable box is required to view the Biddeford Public Access channel. Time Warner Cable (TWC) will provide a cable box at no charge for any resident without other TWC services. Biddeford residents can refer to code DT033 to obtain the free digital cable box. A digital cable box fee is applicable if other purchased services are obtained, such as basic cable television.
