Marc’s family has lived in Biddeford for 6 generations, originally coming to Biddeford from Quebec. Having deep roots in our community, Marc was first elected to the Biddeford City Council in 1993 and has been elected to 9 terms on the City Council. Also engaged in our county, Marc has served on the York County Budget Committee for the past 8 years. He started his public sector service as a committee member of the Zoning Board of Appeals in 1989.
Marc is a graduate of University of Southern Maine with a degree in Business Management. He has worked for over 40 years in the food industry where his focus is procurement, supply chain efficiency and sustainability.
Marc is married to his wife Denise for 35 years, have two children (Joshua and Amanda) and two grandchildren (Sully and Bode). Marc is also a member of the Knights of Columbus, where he was a founding member of Council #12941 of St. Joseph’s Parish.
