This is a request under the Freedom of Access Act.
I request copies of any and all public records that meet the following criteria:
A) Refer to, respond to, prepare for or otherwise have an association with one of two documents: a document shared by Kathy Russell regarding property taxes in May or a related document referenced by the City Manager at a city council meeting held in July.
B) Were sent, received or created on or after May 23, 2017
For sake of clarity, this request should also include copies of public records associated with outreach to Kathy Russell ahead of the rebuttal presented by the City Manager.
