Dear Ms. Morris:
This is a request under the Maine Right-to-Know Law, Title I, MRSA Sections 401-410.
I am seeking the following records:
The Program Guidelines for the Biddeford Small Business Development Program, listed on the city's website, state that in order to qualify for the program an applicant "must demonstrate the availability of any matching funds required to meet the 'project' as approved." (Section B-2 (c).)
Please provide me with a copy of the documents submitted by Mr. Harold Royals to prove that he had access to matching funds for his restaurant project, Steer N Stein.
Please provide electronic versions of documents whenever available. I look forward to your timely response to this request. If you deny any part of the request, please notify me in writing within five working days, as required by the law, and cite the statutory language upon which you base your denial.
If you have questions or need additional information, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,
J. Craig Anderson
