If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me of the amount. However, I would request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest and will contribute significantly to the public’s general understanding. This information is not being sought for commercial purposes.
If you intend to deny this request, I will expect to hear from you within the five business days mandated by the law. Also, if you expect a significant delay in responding to this request, please contact me with information about when I might expect copies or the ability to inspect the requested records.

Dear Ms. Morris:
This is an addendum to my original request under the Maine Right-to-Know Law, Title I, MRSA Sections 401-410.
I am seeking a copy of the following records:
All electronic and written communications to or from Biddeford officials regarding the failure of Burger, Beef and Brews LLC (doing business as Steer N Stein) to repay economic development loans issued by the Biddeford-Saco Area Economic Development Corporation.
Please provide electronic versions of documents whenever available. I look forward to your timely response to this request. If you deny any part of the request, please notify me in writing within five working days, as required by the law, and cite the statutory basis upon which you base your denial.
If you have questions or need additional information, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for your assistance.
