Subject: FOIA request
This is a FOIA request for:
- a copy of the RFP’s
- purchase order
- all attachments, sketches, specifications included with the RFP and purchase order
- documentation of final approval of proofs the vendor provided
for the purchase of the “Dog Waste” sign shown below:
Clearly there are grammar and spelling issues with the final product. From an image perspective, having something like this installed in a public area near the city center makes our city look stupid. While small dollars in the whole scheme of things, it also adds to the cost of running our city because it needs to be replaced.
I am assuming this request will take less than 2 hours to respond to and will therefore not be subject to a fee.

These signs are made in house. Hence, there are no such items that you have requested. The signs are being replaced this AM.
