Thank you for your inquiry. Your request for lists of plan holders for the City of Biddeford Dorm Renovation project is attached and has been posted to the City of Biddeford Freedom of Access Act (FOAA) website. The link provided here https://www.biddefordmaine.org/3192/20210722-01-NAPC will bring you to the website where you may read and or download the list at any time. The list is posted under the “Related Documents” heading.
The remaining documents you listed in your FOAA request – bid tabulation and contractor award information – do not exist at this time as bids are not due until Friday, July 30th at 1:00 PM. The City of Biddeford does not hold Freedom of Access Act requests pending possible future availability of public records therefore this request is considered closed.
