Dear Biddeford Fire Department:
We are investigating a fire that occurred at 29 Lester B. Orcutt Blvd, in Biddeford Pool on July 7, 2021. As part of that investigation we are requesting copies of all of the fire department reports associated with the Biddeford Fire Department response to that call, as pursuant to the Freedom of Access Act. We are looking for the following but not limited to just this information: who called it in, what was the call reported, which fire houses responded, what fire fighters or representatives responded, time of arrival, what they found upon arrival, actions they took once there, time of departure, and amount of water use.
If there is a charge for the requested copies it can be faxed or emailed to me for processing.
