Request

I would like to have all email communication between all State of Maine Judiciary representatives and their developers Finegold Alexander and Philip Johnson and the Biddeford Planning Department and Planning Board about the amendment to the contract zone at 511 Elm to allow solar panels in July and August 2021.

I would also like all communication between the City Planning Department, the Planning board, and City Council about the proposed amendment and the amendment process during the same period as above.
