I would like to make a request for information in accordance with the Maine Freedom of Access Act
I am contacting you at the City of Biddeford to request payment data.
I am requesting data about payments made by the City of Biddeford to external suppliers for all purchases of goods and services between 2020-01-01 and 2020-12-31.
What is requested is a list of all such payments to external suppliers, ideally in Microsoft Excel format, with as much of the following information as possible for each payment...
Name of the supplier
Payment date (or some other applicable transaction date)
A unique invoice number or a transaction-id for each payment.
I am not asking you to do time consuming compiling. All I want is an exported file from your accounting software which contains as much of the above stated information as you can reasonably provide.

It is the City of Biddeford’s policy to provide the first two hours of work on all FOAA requests with no fee. This request took less than two hours to fulfill; therefore, there are no fees associated with your request.
