IFB - Housing Rehab
On behalf of the homeowner, the City of Biddeford Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Housing Rehabilitation Office is requesting bids from licensed and qualified lead abatement contractors for the rehabilitation of the multifamily property located at 15 Porter Street, Biddeford, ME 04005. The contractor shall be required to complete work as specified and outlined in the “Bid Specifications & Bid Request Forms”, which are linked on this page. Interested parties are invited to submit sealed bids for BID NUMBER 2021-11-001CDBG “Housing Rehab at 15 Porter Street, Biddeford, ME 04005” to the CDBG Housing Rehab Office, 2nd Floor of City Hall, 205 Main Street, Biddeford, ME 04005, no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Time on Monday, November 15, 2021.

A MANDATORY PRE-BID WALKTHROUGH will be held at 1:00 pm Eastern Time on November 10, 2021 at 15 Porter Street, Biddeford, ME 04005. NON-ATTENDEES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL.
All questions shall be submitted in written form to the City's Housing Rehab Consultant/Lead Designer Matthew Gardner, LD-0353, via email provided below by November 12, 2021 at noon. Answers will then be provided, via the City website, in written form as a part of an addendum to this bidding packet:
