Hello,

I am conducting a property condition assessment and an environmental site assessment on a property I believe to be in your jurisdiction. The street address is 297 Elm Street, Biddeford, ME 04005. I have a basic freedom of information act form with a few questions about the property.  If there are any fees involved for this request, I will need to be notified ahead of time before proceeding.  I would greatly appreciate your help with obtaining this information.  Please see the attachment.

Does the Site have any material outstanding fire code violations or notice of deficiencies? NO

 

Are there any building permits pertaining to the removal or installation of underground storage tanks? NO

 

Are there any records of Hazardous Materials Spills or incidents on file? NO

 

Are you aware of any conditions that negatively impact the site such as lack of fire protection systems, code issues, etc? Not that we are aware of.
