Subject: Information Request- 68 Elm Street, Biddeford, ME

Good afternoon,

I am conducting an environmental assessment at 68 Elm Street, Biddeford, ME (Map 40, Lot 24). Do you have any knowledge or files related to any petroleum/hazardous substance spills, underground storage tanks, environmental issues, or fire calls at the property?

I appreciate an information you may provide.

Thanks,

Kris

Hello Kris,

I want to sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to your request.

On 02/23/2004, there was a smell of gasoline coming from the storm drain. The Department of Environmental Protection was notified at the time. We do not have any records in our possession about the resolution to this situation.  I have attached a report of the incident.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.

Best,
