I have forwarded this to our FOIA officer Ms. Danica Lamontagne for her to officially handle this.   I believe that our video system does not record/retain any images based on previous inquiries.  They simply provide real time data into the traffic signalization system for the purposes of changing the lights.  Ms. Lamontagne will confirm this for you.

Thank you for your Freedom of Access Act request to the City of Biddeford. The City Manager was correct in his statement that none of our lighted intersections have video or imagery recording devices. As such, we do not have any records that will fulfill your request.
