This motor vehicle accident occurred on 10/26/21. One vehicle was on Alfred Street heading West in a traveling lane to continue on Alfred Street with Precourt Street on the right with the entrance to the tolls and Maine Turnpike on the left. The other motor vehicle was heading East on Alfred in the left turn lane then proceeded into her turn toward Precourt Street.

We would like to know the left turning light sequence and timing. We would also like to know the timing of the full red/green light to travel ahead on Alfred is in comparison to the left turn lane. We would like to know if both sides of Alfred at this intersection are identical in timing for the length of the left turn green and how long that is noted to be, then the yellow turn signal and its length. Then total from green to yellow to when the left turn turns to red. From that point what is the timing from the red left turn arrow to when the lights turn green for travel ahead. Is it set identically on both sides of the roadway is also key.

In observation of this timing sequence in person is it currently set to the same timing as it was on 10/26/21 and has it been set for this particular timing for an extended period of time before the 10/26/21.

Lastly were there any malfunctions of the lights at this intersection on  or around 10/26/21 or at any time to your knowledge.
