My name is Anthony Pais with Sevee & Maher Engineers and I am in the process of performing a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for the property and building located at 64 Landry Street in Biddeford (please see the attached overhead: City of Biddeford Tax Map 74 Lot 10-1). As part of the process, I am required to ask if you can recall any incidents or violations at the property that would have involved emergency services, petroleum products, or hazardous materials. Thank you for your public records request. Our Fire Department staff has provided the attached incident reports from our records for your review.

Per Maine’s Freedom of Access Act, the City of Biddeford provides the first two hours of work on all public records requests at no charge. As your request took less than two hours of staff time, there is no fee associated with the request.
