Good afternoon,

Thank you for your inquiry. This RFP has been made public on the City of Biddeford’s website with no requirement for plan holders to identify themselves in order to access a copy of the document. As such, no documents exist with plan holder information.

The remaining documents you listed in your Freedom of Access Act request – bid tabulation and contractor award information – do not exist at this time as bids are not due until March 18, 2022.  The City of Biddeford does not hold Freedom of Access Act requests pending for possible future availability of public records; therefore, this request is considered closed. You are welcome to submit an additional FOAA request at a future date.
