Good afternoon Ms. Ellers,
The Biddeford Fire Department received a copy of your Freedom of Access Act request in the mail today for documents regarding a February 5, 2007 incident at 117 Granite Street.
Upon review of the request, we have noticed that you are specifically looking for certified copies of all documents. Can you please provide clarification on how you would like us to certify the documents? Typically, for Freedom of Access Act requests, staff will retrieve and scan all relevant files and provide them to you via email; however, we can also provide copies via mail if this will be needed as a part of the certification process.
