Good morning,

My name is Megan Burke and I am with Travelers Insurance. I am investigating an auto accident that occurred in Biddeford and would like to request the traffic light footage if possible.

This is in relation to police case ID 23-904

The accident occurred on 1/8/2023 at approximately 3:30PM.

It happened at the intersection at 551 Alfred Rd in Biddeford.

It involved 2 motor vehicles.

The first being a White Mercedes and the second being a Black BMW.

I would appreciate any assistance you are able to provide.

Hello Megan,

Thank you for your public records request. I have consulted with the Police Department and have been advised that there are no traffic cameras that record footage anywhere on the Rt. 111 traffic corridor. (The cameras that you may see in that area are traffic signal pre-emption cameras that do not record.) With that in mind, we unfortunately do not have any records that will fulfill your request.
