I hope all is well!

I am requesting a copy of the approved job description for the Biddeford Chief of Police.  Per the CALEA Accreditation and (if my recollection is correct) BPD’s written directions, all PD job descriptions are to be reviewed and re-approved every twelve months.  Thus, my expectation is that the current job description should be dated sometime during 2022 (possibly late 2021).

I am doing well, and hope all is well with you, too!

The latest job description for the Police Chief, which was approved by the Personnel Committee in 2007, is attached. It was explained to me that because this position is a Department Head position, its job description is maintained by the Human Resources Department.
