Good morning,

I am writing to submit a records request for 564 Alfred Street, Biddeford, Maine (Map 2 Lot 36).

Requesting copies of the following documents:

Copies of any open zoning code violations (not requesting an inspection)

Copies of any open building code violations (not requesting an inspection)

Copies of any open fire code violations on record (not requesting an inspection)

Copies of any certificates of occupancy on record

Copies of any special permits/variances/conditional use permits/site plans or other zoning relief on record

Copies of any known current/future road construction projects that would involve land condemnation from the subject property

Please let me know if I need to submit anything further to have this request started. Also, is there a typical turnaround time for these requests?
