I hereby request:

  1. The names and their associated positions / responsibilities of all poll workers, whether employees of any government agency or not, working on November 7th at your town's polling location. 
  2. The name and position of the town employee / registering voters on election day.
  3. The times any and all workers were present. 
  4. Copies of the registration cards used on November 7th at your polling place both before 5pm and after 5pm.
  5. All training materials poll workers are to be familiar with before being allowed to work.
