When the Biddeford Police Department and United Way of York County partnered up for a coat drive that was held over the past few weeks, they aimed to collect 250 coats for local families in need. Thanks to the generosity of our community members, nearly 1,100 winter apparel items were collected!
The donations will be provided to local social service organizations for distribution, as well as the Biddeford School Department. Thank you to all who donated and made this drive a success. Your generosity will go a long way towards keeping the community warm in a particularly difficult winter.
