The City is pleased to announce the curbs and sidewalks are to be reconstructed along South Street from Kossuth Street to Elm Street and Crescent Street from South Street to Graham Street.    Crosswalks are also planned to be upgraded to a style comparable to the recent Main Street project.  We would like to share with you the Survey and Plans for the project.  We also would like to address questions or concerns you may have as it relates to the project.
