The City of Biddeford submitted its Notice of Intent to comply with the General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems. A copy of the documents are available on the Engineering Department website. The Maine DEP is reviewing the document and will issue a formal public comment period when they have determined if the documents are complete.
