The Biddeford Planning Board has released the initial findings of the Comprehensive Plan Survey conducted and analyzed this past fall. The findings reflect the land use and community issues of importance to the citizens of Biddeford. Topics include, among many, include housing, land use activity in the growth (urban) and non-growth (rural) areas, natural resources, and climate change.
