Due to the extensive power outage caused by Wednesday night's storm, Biddeford City Hall was closed all day Thursday. Power has been restored and City Hall is reopened as of 8:00 A.M. Friday Morning
All office's will be open for their regular business hours. The City regrets any inconvenience this may have caused anyone.
