The City of Biddeford invites you to the Inauguration of Alan M. Casavant as Mayor of the City of Biddeford on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 7:00p.m. in the Little Theater at Biddeford High School. Newly elected City Councilors, Members of the School Committee, Wardens, and Ward Clerks will also be sworn in. A reception will immediately follow the ceremonies in the Biddeford High School Cafeteria.
